Great choice with the first link, I think marketingyourmusic.com is one of the best quick-reference sites for marketing tips, I visit it often. Seems like pretty much anything out there created by Derek Sivers is a great resource for indie artists!
Another resource for great marketing and promotional tips is the Guerrilla Marketing mailing list through http://www.gmarketing.com/
Jay Conrad Levinson is basically considered the "Father of Guerrilla Marketing", and the mailing list offers weekly marketing tips that are not necessarily music related, but will allow you to brainstorm ideas that bands or record labels can easily use. It's a great compliment to Bob's Buzz Factor mailing list :)
