Thanks for the resources. I've just gotten started using twitter recently but I can see how it can be valuable. I especially liked the Friend or Follow link.
You may be interested in a further development for musicians on Twitter, devised by @InIsolation - it's the use of the hashtag #followanindiebandwednesday - this is similar to #followfriday (which generates 18,000 tweets an hour). See http://tinyurl.com/faibwed for a full explanation. :)
