Bob, great comparison of personal brands. I like how you emphasize "who you are." as the first step of personal branding. I tend to term this (in a process) as "discover your brand." If you don't know who you are, how are others supposed to?

Hey Bob. Great talk. I like how everyone is laughing!
Bob how can I improve this brand (especially number 3)?
1. Who are you?
Bullets in a Burning Box.
2. What do you do?
Create industrial rock music.
3. What is the unique way in which you do it?
Bullets in a Burning Box plays moody, brooding, animalistic, poetic music.
