The format: Every Monday for four weeks in a row, a small group of us will get on the phone for a conference call that lasts 90 minutes. Prior to each week's call, I send a PDF worksheet with a list of topics we will focus on.
When we get on the phone, each person gives a quick update on their progress since the last call. Next, I give a short lesson to set the tone and then open things up for discussion -- and this is where the magic happens as we brainstorm ideas that can help each other succeed.
The coolest thing about this is ... you not only get to ask me questions and get my specific feedback directly, but you also get the combined wisdom of the group. This is a powerful format for getting inspired and making real progress with your music.
At the end of every call, I ask each person to state what action they will take toward their goals within the next 7 days. I also give you access to a private Facebook group where we can continue to interact outside the weekly calls.
In addition, I record every weekly conference call and provide MP3 links you can listen to later, and I give you some surprise resources not typically available to the public.
