I'm Looking for 10 Ambitious Music People — Interested?


I get a lot of requests from people who want me to personally consult with them on their music project. But, to be perfectly honest, I don't have the time or energy to do much of this type of work. That's one of the reasons I started the Virtual Music Coach site last month.

However ...

I've been thinking about another way I can interact with serious artists and promoters — in a valuable way that won't drain me or them.

Here's the idea I've come up with ...

This has been called Group Coaching by some, but I prefer to call it a Guerrilla Music Marketing Brainstorming and Mastermind Group.

The format: Once a week for four weeks, a small group of us (no more than 10) get on the phone for a conference call that lasts up to 90 minutes.

Prior to each week's call, I send a PDF worksheet with a list of topics we will focus on. When we get on the phone, I give a lesson for 20 minutes to set the tone. Then we open it up to Q&A, but most importantly, we brainstorm together on ideas that can help each other succeed.

Weekly topics might include:

The coolest thing about this is ... you not only get to ask me questions and get my specific feedback directly, but you also get the combined wisdom of the group. This is a powerful format for getting inspired and making real progress with your music.

So here's the deal ...

The fee to participate would be $195 per person. This would get you access to all four weekly conference calls, the PDF worksheets, and audio recordings of every call. That breaks down to about $32 per hour of phone time.

Call times: My weeknights are pretty much taken up with family and music activities. So I really need to hold the conference calls on a weekday, like a Wednesday midday or afternoon (based on Central Time in the US).

I need at least 5 or 6 people to commit, but I will limit it to no more than 10.

Will a week day work for you? Would you be ready to commit 90 minutes a week for four weeks straight? Once I get a minimum number of committed participants, I will start the calls within a couple of weeks.
